Amperecloud Platform & Log

The biggest challenge was the fragmented IT infrastructure, which made it difficult to operate the highly heterogeneous portfolio efficiently. Poor software quality impaired operations and maintenance, neglected hardware blocked access to the plants, and forced manual troubleshooting on site.

It was hardly possible to provide reliable information to investors. Overall, this led to high operating costs that would no longer have been sustainable with further scaling.
